Some people have been having problems with the Niner Website
(i.e. the page freezing or not loading completely, newer entries not displaying
etc.) if you are experiencing this issue, you may need to clear your browser
cache.
In order to speed up web browsing, web browsers are designed
to download web pages store them locally on your machine in an area called
"cache". When you visit the same page for a second time, the browser
speeds up display time by loading the page locally from cache instead of
downloading everything again. This sometimes results in less than current
versions of web pages being displayed.
If you believe that you have a less than current version of the NINER webpage, search for "clear cache" on Google and follow the steps to
clear the cache in your browser. Note, the directions vary depending on which
browser you use (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome etc.)
Note that clearing your browser cache will delete other
browser details such as your browsing history and any auto-saved passwords and
log-in details.
